LEARNING LEADERSHIP AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT SKILLS WITH PROFESSOR JOSEPH M. CERVANTES – FTU INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ADVANCED PROGRAM

In the context of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, not only professional knowledge but also soft skills such as leadership, communication, time management and strategic thinking become key factors for each individual. Individuals can be successful in their field. The subject of leadership skills and personal development is included in the curriculum of Advanced Program – Business Administration to help students develop self-awareness, build personal and professional goals, as well as improve teamwork and leadership to support your future career.

Recently, K61 students of the Advanced Program of the International Business Administration program had very useful and interesting lessons in leadership skills and personal development. In particular, this course has the teaching participation of Prof. Joseph M. Cervantes – Professor of Counseling Psychology, School of Health and Human Development, California State University, Fullerton (CSUF).

Through hands-on activities and case studies, students are encouraged to develop critical thinking, creativity and effective problem solving. These are definitely memorable experiences and valuable tools for students to become excellent leaders in the future!
