MBA Program: Expert Talk on “Project Management in the Retail Industry”

The Project Management course is a key component of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Faculty of Business Administration, Foreign Trade University (FTU). As part of the applied learning approach, the MBA 29 class welcomed Ms. Nguyễn Tố Nga, COO of TANACHIRA VIETNAM, to share insights on “Project Management in the Retail Industry”.

With over 20 years of experience in retail project management, Ms. Nguyễn Tố Nga has played a pivotal role in developing major retail brands in Vietnam. She has held key leadership positions at well-known companies, including:

  • Sales Director, Menard Cosmetic (2004–2013)
  • Brand Manager, Crabtree and Evelyn, Hoa Sen Viet Distribution Group (2013–2015)
  • Country Manager, Hạ Vàng Group (Geox – Furla – Shooz) (2015–2019)
  • Retail Director, V-Sixtyfour – Vietnam’s No.1 Denim Brand (2019–2020)
