[RECAP] E-COMMERCE PROJECT PITCH & PROFESSIONAL SHARING WITH GUEST SPEAKER LE CUONG THINH FROM LOTTE FINANCE

On the afternoon of 09 December 2025 at Foreign Trade University (FTU), students of the K62 High-Quality Program of the Faculty of Business Administration delivered their e-commerce project presentations and engaged in a networking session with Mr. Le Cuong Thinh—Digital Product Manager at LOTTE Finance and an FTU alumnus (2003–2007). As part of the course requirements, students were assigned to develop an online business project, starting from product idea research, environmental analysis, and market potential evaluation, to defining business operations directions, designing a competitive marketing strategy, and building an e-commerce presence across social media and other online sales channels. The top three teams—BloomBoost (smart insulated bottle), Aurine (haircare products), and Fushion Fitness (sportswear)—were selected to present in class and receive professional feedback from both the lecturer and the guest speaker.

The panel listened closely, assessed each team’s presentation, and offered detailed recommendations, with a focus on the feasibility of the business model, market understanding, product execution, and the ability to apply e-commerce thinking in practice. Feedback from the guest judge helped students clearly identify strengths to build on, areas for improvement, and more professional approaches to developing digital business projects.

Following the evaluation session, the guest speaker shared insights into his career journey in e-commerce and digital product development. Through real-world experiences, he provided students with fresh perspectives on e-commerce, the business administration field, and practical advice for those considering pursuing this career path.

The session not only enhanced students’ professional knowledge but also inspired them in terms of product mindset, market approach, and the preparation needed to enter the e-commerce industry. With direct feedback and an authentic career story, students gained valuable takeaways to refine their projects and shape their future development. Overall, it was an engaging and meaningful experience that helped students better understand industry expectations and feel more confident on their journey toward their career goals.
