The Faculty of Business Administration, Foreign Trade University, was honored to welcome Professor Arthur Nguyen (University of Rouen Normandy, France) for an academic exchange session with faculty members on the topic of multi-sited ethnography in management research.
During the session, Professor Nguyen shared in-depth perspectives on multi-sited ethnography as a contemporary methodological approach for exploring and interpreting management phenomena across interconnected and globalized contexts. His presentation emphasized methodological rigor while highlighting the importance of tracing “flows” and “waves” of people, knowledge, and managerial practices across multiple settings.
In addition, practical research experiences and an open discussion session fostered a dynamic academic atmosphere, contributing to the enhancement of research thinking and strengthening collaboration among faculty members.
