On April 10, 2026, the Faculty of Business Administration (FTU) held an important meeting with the Vietnam Human Resources Association (HRA). Representatives from HRA attending the meeting included Ms. Dinh Thi Phuong Ly, President of the Association, and Mr. Phung Anh Tuan, Functional Vice President in charge of External Relations. HRA is a prestigious organization comprising 400 members and is a proud member of the Asian Human Resource Association.
The meeting was organized with the objective of establishing a strong connection and close collaboration between the Association and the Faculty. Both parties shared a common vision of contributing to the HR community, while also aiming to build a new generation of young HR professionals over the next three years who possess a profound understanding of both human resources and business operations.

This event holds strategic significance, particularly in the context of 2026, as FTU officially launches two new majors: Digital Human Resource Management and Organizational Development (DHRM-OD) and Smart Digital Commerce and Business Innovation. To support the Faculty in enhancing human resource quality, HRA representatives proposed practical cooperation opportunities, such as participating as guest lecturers in the spirit of “intellectual volunteering” and facilitating internship connections for learners.
Future collaborative activities promise to deliver comprehensive value, directly supporting undergraduate students, postgraduates, and the Faculty’s teaching staff. Furthermore, the two parties opened up prospects for in-depth research cooperation and joint efforts to develop a national human resources certificate. The meeting marks a significant milestone, reaffirming the Faculty of Business Administration’s commitment to bridging academic training with real-world corporate practices.
