The quality of a training program lies not only in the content of the lectures but is also determined by the teaching methods and the competence of those directly standing at the podium. In the Digital Human Resource Management and Organizational Development (DHRM-OD) program at Foreign Trade University (FTU), students do not merely absorb theoretical knowledge but are immersed in a practical learning environment, guided by experts who have been and are actively working in the industry.
To realize the philosophy of practical-oriented education, the program pioneers the application of 5 modern training methods. The focal point is Project-based Learning, where students break away from the traditional “read and take exams” routine to directly execute at least one real-world HR project with corporate partners each semester, ranging from data analysis to designing talent development programs.

The connection with the labor market is further strengthened through a Mentoring & Coaching network, helping students orient their personal career paths from their very first year alongside HR experts and Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) from major corporations. Internships here also bear a distinct mark by incorporating academic critical review; requiring students to present and defend their learning outcomes before a faculty panel and enterprise representatives, creating the most substantive connection between theory and practice. Furthermore, students continuously experience interdisciplinary learning methods, directly operating HRIS software, business intelligence (BI) data analysis tools, and AI to solve complex organizational management scenarios. This entire process is conducted entirely in English with a curriculum updated to SHRM/CIPD standards, thoroughly preparing learners to enter multicultural and multinational environments.

Playing the soul role and directing the entire aforementioned breakthrough learning process is the outstanding faculty team of the Human Resource Management Department. Currently, the department’s faculty comprises 10 high-quality members, including 1 Associate Professor – PhD, 4 PhDs, and 5 Masters. They are all experts possessing deep professional foundations in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, HR Data Analysis, and Change Management. Stepping beyond the framework of academic researchers with numerous prestigious international scientific publications (ISI, Scopus), each lecturer also directly assumes the role of a practical consultant for domestic and foreign enterprises. This team of “teachers of the digital age” is not only proficient in teaching in English according to international standards but also brings students an invaluable network of connections with HR experts and leading corporate partners.
The perfect combination of liberal training methods, modern technology, and dedicated guides is the most solid launching pad. Come to the Faculty of Business Administration – FTU to learn, gain practical experience, and be ready to become outstanding HR managers of the future!
