As part of its ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry practice, on May 6, 2026, a delegation from the Faculty of Business Administration – Foreign Trade University visited the headquarters of Base.vn Technology Company for a strategic working session and exchange. The visit not only reinforced the existing partnership between the two parties but also opened up new directions for integrating digital technology and modern platforms into teaching and learning activities.
In particular, the collaboration is expected to enhance the practical orientation of the Faculty’s two newly launched programs: Digital Human Resource Management & Organizational Development and Intelligent Digital Commerce & Business Innovation.
Representing the Faculty of Business Administration were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thai Phong – Dean of the Faculty; Dr. Nguyen Thuy Anh – Vice Dean; Mr. Ngo Quy Nham – Head of the Human Resource Management Division; Ms. Duong Thi Hoai Nhung – Lecturer of the Human Resource Management Division; and Ms. Nguyen Phuong Chi – Lecturer of the E-commerce Division. Representatives from Base.vn welcomed the delegation and engaged in in-depth discussions on potential collaboration initiatives aimed at equipping students with practical skills from the early stages of their academic journey.
One of the key areas of discussion was the establishment of a comprehensive collaboration ecosystem between the university and the enterprise sector. Both parties agreed to implement a co-teaching model in selected specialized courses, featuring direct participation from experts at Base.vn. In addition, Base’s enterprise management software solutions are expected to be integrated into the curriculum, enabling students to gain hands-on experience with modern business management tools.
The two sides also discussed plans to develop practical case studies based on real Vietnamese business environments, as well as faculty training programs to keep lecturers updated on the latest digital transformation trends.
From the enterprise perspective, Base.vn expressed its commitment to accompanying the Faculty of Business Administration in creating a high-quality experiential learning environment through company visits, career-oriented talkshows, and expanded internship opportunities for students.
The synergy between FTU’s strong academic foundation and Base.vn’s innovative technology solutions is expected to generate meaningful value for students, contributing to the development of a new generation of business professionals who are adaptable, technologically proficient, and ready to meet the evolving demands of the modern labor market.
