In recent years, Vietnam’s economy has witnessed the rapid development of the field of fire prevention and fighting. In this industry, INNO Joint Stock Company has emerged as a leader, led by Deputy General Director – Mr. Nguyen Minh Thieu. Mr. Thieu believes that this success not only comes from business ability and hard work, but also from learning and self-development when participating in the Executive Master Program in Business Administration (EMBA) of Foreign Trade University .
In 2011, Mr. Thieu was the Director of Viet An Solution Joint Stock Company, a company specializing in the field of fire protection. In the early stages with his experience, running the company was not difficult, and he continued to do business according to the traditional model . However, when the company expanded its scale, with a workforce from 3 to 20 people and revenue increased from several billion to several tens of billion, difficulties began to arise. He shared ” Even though I work harder, it is becoming more and more difficult to operate the company, with uncoordinated personnel and unsatisfactory business performance “. This has made Mr. Thieu realize the need for self-improvement and development.
In 2017, Mr. Thieu decided to join the Executive Master Program in Business Administration EMBA of Foreign Trade University and joined the EMBA class 4. Right from the first subjects, Mr. Thieu realized that he was just “looking after” the business , not really running it professionally. With his thirst for knowledge, discipline and determination, he completed the EMBA program and simultaneously implemented significant improvements in the operation of his business.
