🔥 This year’s theme — “The Future of Hospitality: Where Luxury Meets Sustainability” — captures an essential global trend: as environmental challenges intensify, hospitality professionals must redefine luxury through sustainability, empathy, and social responsibility. With its growing influence and inspiring mission, We Are Hoteliers 2025 proudly welcomed 32 teams from nearly 25 universities across Vietnam’s North, Central, and South regions, alongside 10 corporate partners and 27 professional judges who accompanied the competition through all three rounds.
🔥 After a months-long journey full of creativity and passion, the National Grand Finale of We Are Hoteliers 2025 took place, marking a night of unforgettable moments and the triumphant conclusion of this year’s competition.

🌟 Representing Foreign Trade University, the event was graced by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vũ Thị Hiền, Vice President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cao Đinh Kiên, Head of International Cooperation Department; M.A. Nguyễn Huyền Minh, Head of Communications and External Relations; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lê Thái Phong, Dean of the School of Business Administration; and representatives from various university departments.
✨ The finale featured three rounds — Presentation, Role-Play, and Debate — showcasing fierce competition among the Top 5 outstanding teams: Born Again, CMT, Nhà, X, and PROFECTUS.
Through creative project proposals, breakthrough performances, and sharp analytical thinking, the teams impressed the audience and judges alike. Ultimately, the top three teams — CMT, Nhà, and Born Again — advanced to the Debate Round, where Team Nhà triumphed with their exceptional performance and convincing arguments.
