Differentiation Strategies in Vietnam’s F&B Industry

In today’s sessions on Strategic Management, Leadership, Innovation Management, and Entrepreneurship, students had the opportunity to engage with Mr. Dam Hoang Viet, a young entrepreneur and Founder of several well-known brands among Vietnamese youth, including Bong Bieng, Mr. Good Tea, and Do Do.

During the session, Mr. Viet shared valuable real-world insights from his entrepreneurial journey, from early experiments and setbacks to the process of building and scaling brands that have gained strong market recognition. His experiences provided students with practical perspectives on strategy, innovation, and the entrepreneurial mindset in the F&B industry.

The discussion was dynamic and engaging, with students actively raising questions and exchanging ideas with the guest speaker in an open and interactive atmosphere.
