As one of the annual activities organized by the Human Resources Club of Foreign Trade University (HRC), the “START BOLD, ECHO FOR GROWTH” Talk Show continues to provide an engaging space for students to connect, learn, and develop themselves. With the academic support of the Faculty of Business Administration, FTU Business School, Foreign Trade University, the programme helps bridge extracurricular activities with students’ competency development and career orientation.
Held on the afternoon of October 8 under the theme “Courage to Try,” the talk show featured guest speaker Pham Minh Huu Tien (known as Duoc Si Tien) and host Tran Duc Thang (known as Chon), attracting considerable interest and participation from FTU students. Through personal stories and practical perspectives, the programme offered students an opportunity to reflect on moments when they hesitated to face challenges, experiences that did not go as planned, and ways to turn these experiences into motivation to keep moving forward.
✨ CONNECTING EXPERIENCES – SHAPING FUTURES
For students in the Digital Human Resource Management and Organizational Development (DHRM) programme, university life is not simply about acquiring specialized knowledge; it is also a journey of self-discovery, skills development, and gradual career planning. Activities organized by HRC serve as a bridge that enables students to explore diverse perspectives, cultivate a proactive mindset, and gain valuable experiences for their future.
By connecting student club activities with the educational objectives of the DHRM programme, students have more opportunities to learn beyond the classroom, broaden their understanding of themselves and the professional world, and better prepare for the journey ahead.
🌊 Growth does not come from always making the right choices from the very beginning. It comes from having the courage to begin, the willingness to learn, and the commitment to continuously improve ourselves.
START BOLD, ECHO FOR GROWTH – Dare to try today, move forward with confidence tomorrow!
Welcome to the journey! 💚
