Faculty organizational structure

The faculty structure is composed of the Management Board (Dean and Vice Deans), the Faculty Council, the Quality Assurance Team, the Administration team, and 5 departments. Currently, the Faculty consists of 53 academic staff who pursued education in advanced countries such as the USA, the UK, Australia, and Japan, … including 08 Associate Professors, 28 PhDs, and 16 Masters.

* Training programs

The Faculty covers four undergraduate training programs: one Advanced Program, two High-quality training programs (majoring in International Business Management and Hospitality Management), one standard training program, MBA and EMBA training programs, and 1 Doctorate program in Business Administration.

* Quality assurance activities

The Quality Assurance Team comprises seven members and is headed by the Faculty’s Vice Dean, who oversees the quality assurance activities of the Faculty. These activities are based on the quality assurance principles established by FTU, particularly the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) framework. In addition to executing FTU’s planned quality assurance for training, scientific research, and community services, the Faculty undertakes several quality assurance activities annually. These include designing teaching and research plans for lecturers, implementing them, evaluating teaching quality, assessing the quality of graduates and their programs, and providing corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
