The Bachelor’s Program in Digital Human Resource Management and Organization Development (DHRM), under the Human Resource Management major at the Faculty of Business Administration, Foreign Trade University, is an internationally oriented undergraduate program designed in accordance with global standards and delivered entirely in English. The curriculum integrates a solid foundation in management, advanced knowledge of modern human resource management, digital competencies, and a global mindset.
Guided by the vision of “Digital HR Management – Shaping Future Organizations,” the DHRM program develops students’ comprehensive capabilities, including strategic thinking, digital technology application, and professional ethics in human resource management and organization development. These competencies prepare graduates to thrive in today’s global HR landscape.

One of the program’s distinctive strengths is its close integration of academic knowledge, practical experience, and digital technology. Rather than offering isolated courses, the curriculum follows an integrated learning pathway that combines management theories, modern HR practices, and digital applications in organizational settings. DHRM courses are strategically structured throughout the four-year program, enabling students to establish a clear career direction from their very first year.
The curriculum is aligned with the international competency standards of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), allowing students to engage with globally recognized HR practices throughout their studies. Teaching methods incorporate SHRM-style case studies and simulations, fostering critical thinking and strengthening students’ professional competencies.
In addition, the program places a strong emphasis on digital transformation in human resource management. Students gain hands-on exposure to People Analytics, AI-powered recruitment, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), HCM Cloud, and digital learning platforms. They develop essential skills in workforce analytics, employee experience management, and organizational development in the context of digital transformation.

Modern teaching approaches are embedded throughout the curriculum, including project-based learning, case-based learning, blended learning, as well as mentoring and coaching activities in collaboration with corporate partners. An international, multicultural learning environment combined with a liberal education philosophy equips students with the knowledge, skills, and professional qualities needed for long-term career success.
Upon graduation, DHRM students are well prepared for a wide range of career opportunities, including Digital HR Specialist or Manager, People Analytics Specialist, Organization Development Specialist, HR Technology Consultant, Human Resource Consultant, or entrepreneur in the HR Tech industry. DHRM 2026 is an ideal choice for students who aspire to build a career in modern human resource management and lead organizational transformation in the digital era.
