With practical experience in KPI consulting and designing KPI digiiTeamW software currently being used in many large enterprises, Mr. Khanh shared valuable experiences with EMBA 9A students on how to set targets as well as How to collect data to ensure reliability and timeliness. Seemingly small issues in designing a KPI indicator system such as formulating a formula to calculate the results of implementing indicators, determining data sources, organizing data collection to calculate indicators… are all shared openly and specifically, bringing practical values ​​to students. In particular, with majoring in Statistics at bachelor level, Mr. Khanh shared more about the importance of data collection and processing in business management.

The Applied Statistics for Executives course is one of the educational contents in the Executive Master of Business Administration program at the Faculty of Business Administration – Foreign Trade University. The course equips basic and advanced statistical methods in collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing data, helping managers have a reliable basis for making decisions in their process of running a business.
