On Wednesday morning, November 12, 2025, students from Cohort 62 of the Advanced Program, Faculty of Business Administration, Foreign Trade University, participated in a factory tour at Ngai Cau Investment Construction and Trading JSC, a company with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and industrial manufacturing in Hanoi.
As part of the Factory Tour program, students had the opportunity to directly observe factory operations, explore mechanical equipment systems, and understand how the company applies productivity and quality management practices to ensure precision, efficiency, and consistency in production.
In addition to the site visit, students engaged in a knowledge sharing session with company representatives, who provided insights into operational culture, management approaches in industrial production environments, and continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and quality. Key topics such as workplace safety standards and quality control processes were also discussed, offering students a comprehensive understanding of real world operational requirements.
The visit provided students with valuable practical perspectives on how a mechanical manufacturing enterprise organizes production and pursues sustainable development. It also enabled them to connect theoretical knowledge from the course Productivity and Quality Management with real world applications, thereby deepening their understanding of the role of operations management in business activities.
