After a period of careful preparation by the Organizing Committee of FBA Mentorship Program 2026, under the sponsorship of the Faculty of Business Administration and in collaboration with the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, FBA Elite is proud to officially launch the talkshow Career Growth in Business Development.
The talkshow will take place from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, via Zoom Meeting. As part of FBA Mentorship Program 2026, the event aims to provide mentees with practical insights into career development and opportunities within the field of Business Development.
FBA Elite is honored to welcome Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Senior Sales Manager at Procter & Gamble, as the guest speaker for this session. With more than six years of experience at P&G across various positions, including Senior Key Account Manager, Distributor Team Leader, and Section Manager, Ms. Thao brings a wealth of practical knowledge and industry expertise. Her career journey also includes successfully securing a Sales Manager position at P&G in 2019 after participating in highly competitive recruitment programs.
During the talkshow, Ms. Thao will share valuable perspectives on today’s labor market, discuss the realities of career growth, and provide practical advice on how students can transform opportunities into professional skills and long-term career development.
Participants will have the opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of the gap between expectations and reality in the workplace, learn how to leverage internships and first-job experiences as stepping stones for growth, and receive guidance on building a short-term career roadmap aligned with their personal goals.
In addition, eligible participants of the program will receive two student activity points under Category 3.1 for Semester II of the 2025–2026 academic year.
