FBA Mentorship Program 2026 Officially Opens Mentor Applications

The FBA Mentorship Program 2026, organized by FBA Elite under the academic patronage of the Faculty of Business Administration, Foreign Trade University, has officially opened applications for the Mentor position.

Program Overview

With the theme “Unlock Your Path,” the program aims to support students in discovering their potential, setting goals, and building long-term academic and career development pathways.

The Faculty of Business Administration invites outstanding alumni and high-achieving senior students of Foreign Trade University to join the Mentor community, contributing as guides, companions, and sources of inspiration for the next generation of students.

Mentor Roles

The program seeks candidates for two distinct mentor roles:

Personal Mentor

For Year 3 and Year 4 students at Foreign Trade University with a minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0, who are ready to:

  • Support Year 1–2 students in self-discovery and adaptation to university life
  • Assist in building academic plans and balancing studies with extracurricular activities
  • Share personal experiences, provide guidance, and inspire mentees

Career Mentor

For alumni of the Faculty of Business Administration, Foreign Trade University, graduating with Distinction or higher and having at least 3–5 years of professional experience in fields such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Consulting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Entrepreneurship, who are ready to:

  • Provide short-, medium-, and long-term career orientation for Year 3–4 students
  • Support practical skills development, including CV review, interview preparation, and personal branding
  • Share industry insights, corporate culture, and labor market trends

Mentor Benefits

Mentors participating in the program will receive:

  • Expanded professional network: Opportunities to connect with alumni, experts, mentees, and members of FBA Elite
  • Personal branding development: Strengthen professional identity and recognition within the FTU community
  • Official recognition: Certificate acknowledging contributions to the mentoring program
  • Connections with faculty and industry partners
  • Meaningful community contribution: Support and guide future generations of students
  • Additional benefits based on mentoring role and level of engagement
  • Training points (for Personal Mentors currently studying at FTU):
    +10 points (Section 3.1) and +5 points (Section 3.2) for Semester II, Academic Year 2025–2026 upon full completion of responsibilities
