On the morning of 11/10/2025, the School of Business Administration – Foreign Trade University organized a field trip for students to ISC International Stationery Company Limited, located in Tan Lien Industrial Cluster, Vinh Bao District, Hai Phong. This activity served as an important bridge between business administration theory and real-world production practices, contributing to enhanced professional competence and a broader career perspective for students.

The visit enabled students to gain deeper insights into order management, planning, supply chain operations, production processes, and product quality control within a modern corporate environment. More importantly, students were exposed to real-world applications of technology, operational management, and international integration trends in the stationery industry – a sector rich in development potential.
With the coordination and support of ISC’s leadership, students were divided into large groups that rotated through key areas including the Office, Production Workshop, and Materials Warehouse. At each station, ISC’s technical staff directly introduced the operations, answered questions, and illustrated practical working procedures.
A highlight of the trip was that following the general tour, students were further divided into six smaller groups to engage in in-depth discussions under the guidance of ISC department heads on the following topics:
- Group 1: Order Management & Tracking
- Group 2: International Payment & Import–Export
- Group 3: Supply Chain Management & Inbound–Outbound Balancing
- Group 4: Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Group 5: Production Implementation
- Group 6: Planning Management

Through this structured approach, students were able to thoroughly understand how theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom is applied by businesses in practice, helping them form clearer visions of their future career development paths.
The visit to ISC offered FTU students first-hand exposure to modern production and management environments, helping foster sustainable career orientation, adaptability to innovation, and readiness for international integration. The students’ active participation and proactive learning attitude further reinforced the School of Business Administration’s philosophy of practice-oriented education at Foreign Trade University.
We extend our sincere gratitude to ISC International Stationery Company Limited and CEO Huỳnh Minh Quốc for their dedication and enthusiastic support for the younger generation.
