On 02 December 2025, Foreign Trade University (FTU) was pleased to welcome a delegation from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), including Prof. Sridhar Sundaram, Dean of the College of Business and Economics (CSUF), and Mr. Tam Nguyen, Honorary Chair of the Board of Governors, CSUF Philanthropic Foundation.

Representing FTU were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thu Huong, President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cao Dinh Kien, Head of the Office of International Cooperation; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thai Phong, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration; Dr. Nguyen Thuy Anh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration; and Dr. Bui Thu Hien, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed student exchange opportunities, internship placements with U.S. enterprises, and the promotion of joint research activities between faculty members of the two universities. They also explored the potential for expanding cooperation across additional areas. The meeting was held in a friendly and open atmosphere, paving the way for promising new collaboration prospects between FTU and CSUF in education, research, and student career development.
