Beginning with the 2026 admissions cycle, the Faculty of Business Administration at Foreign Trade University officially launches the Digital Human Resource Management and Organization Development (DHRM & OD) program. Delivered entirely in English, this career-oriented program is developed in accordance with international standards to prepare future HR professionals and organizational leaders for the digital era.
The curriculum is built upon three core pillars. The first focuses on Modern Human Resource Management, equipping students with competencies in workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and strategic human resource planning. The second pillar emphasizes Digital Technology, Data, and Artificial Intelligence, enabling students to apply HR information systems, digital tools, data analytics, and AI to improve organizational performance and support evidence-based decision-making. The third pillar centers on Organization Development, Leadership, and Change Management, fostering strategic thinking and preparing students to design organizational structures, build digital workplace cultures, and lead organizations through transformation.
Throughout the program, students benefit from Foreign Trade University’s extensive academic and industry ecosystem, including specialized workshops, company visits, experiential learning activities, one-on-one mentoring with industry experts, and professional management competitions.
A distinctive feature of the program is its co-teaching model, in which faculty members collaborate with experienced professionals from leading organizations in human resource management and technology. In addition, the Project-Based Learning approach allows students to work on real business challenges, strengthening both their professional knowledge and practical competencies.
The curriculum is closely aligned with the SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) global competency framework, enabling students to gain exposure to internationally recognized HR standards while preparing for professional certification pathways.
The program is delivered by highly qualified faculty members with strong academic backgrounds and internationally recognized research achievements. In addition to their academic expertise, many faculty members possess extensive industry experience through executive leadership, consulting, and collaboration with leading organizations and corporations.
Graduates of the program will be well prepared for a wide range of careers, including Digital HR Specialist or Manager, People/HR Data Analyst, Organization Development Specialist, HR Technology Specialist, HR Consultant, or entrepreneur in the HR Tech sector.

In 2026, the DHRM & OD program admits students through Foreign Trade University’s regular undergraduate admission methods, offering prospective students an opportunity to pursue an internationally oriented education at the intersection of human resource management, digital technology, and organizational development.
