At the conference, M.A., Ph.D. Candidate Đỗ Thị Thanh Hương presented her research entitled “Understanding Algorithmic Loafing in AI-Augmented Work: The Mediating Role of Self-Efficacy and the Moderating Role of Trust in AI.” The study examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on employee work behavior in the context of digital transformation, while also clarifying the mediating role of self-efficacy and the moderating role of trust in AI.

Participation in and presentation at a prestigious international conference not only contribute to promoting the scientific research activities of faculty members, but also strengthen international academic collaboration and provide opportunities to update emerging research trends in human resource management and organizational behavior in the AI era. The JMS & SAMS Conference is highly regarded for its academic prestige due to several factors. First, the conference is affiliated with the Journal of Management Studies, one of the leading journals in the field of management (ABS 4, SSCI, Scopus Q1, Impact Factor 6.4). Second, it is organized by the Society for the Advancement of Management Studies, one of the oldest and most influential academic associations in management research. Finally, the conference maintains a highly selective peer-review process, with low acceptance rates and participation from scholars affiliated with leading research universities in the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States.
