If you are a final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Business, Economics, Operations, or related fields — or if you are passionate about working in a fast-paced operational environment — this is one of the most exciting opportunities you should not miss this year.
The program is recruiting nationwide, offering opportunities across Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and SPX’s Hubs & Sorting Centers throughout Vietnam.
Over the course of 24 months, Management Trainees will rotate across SPX’s core operational functions, including First & Last Miles, Sorting Centers (SOC), Transportation / Linehaul, Warehousing, and Office Rotation (OPEX / Supporting Functions). Participants will gain hands-on experience within a large-scale E-Logistics system, lead operational teams from the early stages, work closely with senior managers and leaders, and develop competencies in operations management, team leadership, and data analysis.
More than just a typical fresher role, SPX Future Leaders Program is designed to develop the next generation of Future Operations Leaders in the E-logistics industry.
The program is suitable for final-year students or candidates with less than 2 years of experience from disciplines such as Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering (Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Technology, etc.). Candidates who are interested in Logistics, Supply Chain, or E-commerce; willing to work in a real operational environment; and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills are highly encouraged to apply. Applicants with both Vietnamese and English communication skills will be prioritized. Full-time internship/work is expected to begin from July 2026.
