OUTSTANDING FTU BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ADVANCED PROGRAM GRADUATE NAMED AMONG TOP 5 GLOBAL RECIPIENTS OF FULLY FUNDED MASTER’S SCHOLARSHIP IN THE UNITED STATES

From a literature specialized student at Hanoi Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, where she earned Second Prize in the National Excellent Student Competition in Literature, Ms. Trinh Nhu Phuong chose to pursue the Advanced Program in Business Administration at Foreign Trade University with a clear vision of developing in an international academic environment. Through consistent dedication and excellence, she graduated with Distinction, was recognized as an Outstanding Student, and achieved a remarkable milestone by becoming one of five students worldwide to receive the fully funded SHARE Fellowship from Thunderbird School of Global Management, United States.

Throughout her academic journey at the Faculty of Business Administration, Phuong maintained strong academic performance while actively engaging in extracurricular activities to develop leadership and professional skills. She served as Project Manager at the Career Orientation Center and later as President of FBA Elite, where she led numerous initiatives connecting students with industry and supporting career development for the student community.

In addition to her academic achievements, Phuong distinguished herself in academic and debate competitions, demonstrating strong critical thinking and communication skills. During her final year, she simultaneously completed her graduation thesis and gained practical experience in executive recruitment, which helped her identify her long term career direction in finance and banking.

After graduation, Phuong continued to work in financial institutions while pursuing professional certifications and engaging in mentoring activities to support students. Her commitment to lifelong learning and continuous self improvement has been a defining element of her development.

Driven by her aspiration to study abroad, Phuong dedicated more than one year to preparing her application for international scholarships. Her efforts resulted in admission to the Master of Global Management program at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where she was selected as one of five global recipients of the fully funded SHARE Fellowship, covering both tuition and living expenses for the two year program.

Phuong’s achievement not only represents a significant personal milestone but also reflects the quality of education provided by the Advanced Program in Business Administration and the Faculty of Business Administration at Foreign Trade University. Her success contributes to strengthening the global image of FTU students as capable, adaptable, and committed individuals ready to make meaningful contributions to society.
