In his opening remarks, Associate Professor Dr. Lê Thái Phong emphasized the strategic significance of postgraduate education programs in an era marked by rapid global economic changes driven by technology, globalization, and socio-political challenges. He strongly affirmed that continuous learning and postgraduate education are no longer merely options for professional advancement, but have become essential “keys” for individuals to adapt, excel, and establish leadership positions in the increasingly competitive global landscape.
Notably, he also shared promising news that, in the near future, the University and the Faculty will officially launch an English-taught PhD program.
The talk show took place in a vibrant, open, and highly interactive atmosphere. During the direct discussion session, representatives from the University and alumni thoughtfully addressed participants’ concerns, ranging from choosing suitable academic programs and preparing essential skills to exploring broad career opportunities after graduation. The event truly became a valuable platform connecting the “University – Business – Learner” ecosystem, contributing to the development of a practical and dynamic postgraduate education environment.
As an annual activity jointly organized by the Faculty of Business Administration and the Faculty of Graduate Studies, the talk show aims to support applicants in career orientation and provide transparent and effective access to postgraduate admissions information. In a context where knowledge has become the most critical competitive resource, alongside the rise of AI technology and sustainable development trends, postgraduate education serves as a launchpad equipping learners with critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to apply technology in creating sustainable value for society.
More than simply an information-sharing forum, the event also served as a bridge connecting generations of learners. The inspiring perspectives shared by experienced speakers and international experts ignited aspirations and helped participants deeply appreciate the value of higher education in fostering leadership, innovation, and global integration.
The talk show once again reaffirmed Foreign Trade University’s strong commitment to accompanying learners throughout their holistic development journey, supported by a broad and highly connected alumni network.
