On the morning of Wednesday, November 12, 2025, K62 Advanced Program students from the Faculty of Business Administration, Foreign Trade University participated in a factory tour at Ngai Cau Investment Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company — a company with extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering and industrial manufacturing.
As part of the Ngai Cau Factory Tour, students had the opportunity to directly observe the factory’s operational processes, explore mechanical machinery systems, and gain insights into how the company applies productivity and quality management methods to ensure precision, efficiency, and consistency in production.
Beyond visiting the production lines, students also listened to valuable sharing sessions from company representatives regarding operational culture, management approaches in manufacturing environments, improvement strategies for enhancing productivity and quality, as well as the safety standards and quality control procedures currently implemented at the factory.
The tour provided students with practical perspectives on how a mechanical manufacturing enterprise organizes production activities and pursues sustainable development. It also served as an opportunity for students to connect theoretical knowledge from the Productivity & Quality Management course with real-world business practices, thereby gaining a deeper understanding of the role of operations management in manufacturing and business activities.
