On Thursday morning, 06 November 2025, students of Cohort K62 from the High-Quality Program in Business Administration – Foreign Trade University had the opportunity to participate in an experiential learning visit at KIMSEN Industrial Corporation, located in the Yên Phong Industrial Park, Bắc Ninh.

During the “KIMSEN Factory Tour,” students were introduced first-hand to the factory’s operational procedures, state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, as well as its quality management system and production processes designed to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industrial safety standards.

Beyond on-site observation, the students also had the privilege to gain valuable insights from Ms. Trần Phương Lan – Human Resources Director, and Mr. Nguyễn Anh Dũng – Head of Quality Management. Speakers shared in-depth perspectives on operations management, organizational culture, and the competencies and mindsets essential for success in contemporary industrial and manufacturing environments.

The study tour provided students with practical exposure and meaningful knowledge about how an industrial enterprise operates and pursues sustainable development. It also served as an important bridge between classroom theory and real-world practice, enhancing students’ understanding of the critical role of quality management and operations management in manufacturing and business activities.
