On the morning of October 30th, students from the Faculty of Business Administration, enrolled in the Innovation Management course, attended the Vietnam Venture Summit 2023. The event was co-hosted by the National Innovation Center, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Golden Gate Venture Capital Fund at their new facility located in the Láng Hòa Lạc High-Tech Park.
During the summit, students had the opportunity to attend discussions on strategies for supporting innovation in Vietnam, as well as sessions on the human resource demands for innovation, presented by representatives from venture capital funds and start-ups. The inspiring story of “VNG’s Successful Survival” shared by its founder resonated deeply with the students, encouraging them to embrace failure and seize entrepreneurial opportunities arising from unmet market needs. Additionally, insights on the demand for high-quality human resources provided valuable guidance for the students’ future career paths.
Beyond the discussions, students explored and experienced various exhibition booths showcasing innovative products and services from different companies and organizations. This experiential learning approach effectively bridged the gap between academic knowledge and practical real-world applications, bringing students closer to the realities of the business world.
