TALKSHOW: TACTICS TO “SCORE” INTO “THE GOAL OF THE FUTURE” WITH JOURNALIST/COMMENTATOR TRUONG ANH NGOC

On the morning of May 23, 2024, the Faculty of Business Administration organized a talkshow between students and speaker, journalist Truong Anh Ngoc, at Hall D201. The program has the theme: “Scoring” strategy into the “future goal”. Attending the program on the part of Foreign Trade University was the presence of Dr. Pham Thi My Dung – lecturer of Skill Development, MSc. Nguyen Dieu Ninh – lecturer of Skills Development, PhD. Do Huong Giang – lecturer of Management Studies, PhD. Nguyen Hong Van – lecturer of Strategic Management, and students of the Faculty of Business Administration.

At the talk show, the speaker shared his learning and research experiences as well as personal development skills suitable for work practices in society. Journalist Truong Anh Ngoc is also famous for his sharp and open perspectives on all topics in life, from football, culture to views on learning and experience. The witty speaker shared that you should consider yourself the number 1 player in your life, so always experience, cultivate and trust the “playing style” or “scoring” method that you choose.

Speaker Truong Anh Ngoc also shared about the importance of “transportation”, learning in school as well as outside is a lifelong thing, when you yourself have trained and learned soft skills to face the temptations of entertainment media, especially smartphones. According to Speaker Truong Anh Ngoc, in order for young people – “players” to be able to “score” successfully, it is necessary to supplement skills in setting goals and plans, skills in analyzing and synthesizing information, and management skills, time management… as well as good attitudes such as discipline, perseverance, passion.

The dialogue provided a lot of useful and practical knowledge for students of Foreign Trade University. Speaker Truong Anh Ngoc’s sharing has motivated students to pursue their passions and improve themselves to find their “own way of playing” on the path to the “goal of the future”.
