In April 2023, the Faculty of Business Administration invited Mr. Nguyen Huy Cuong, Director of Enterprise Risk Management Consullting at Ernst & Young Vietnam Consulting Joint Stock Company to share with the MBA students on the subject of “Risk Management Practices at Vietnam’s SMEs”. The sharing session aims to enhance the practices of ERM, which is a part of the subject of Enterprise Risk Management in Master of Business Administration (MBA) curriculum at FTU.
During the sharing session, Mr. Cuong, who has more than ten years of experience in risk management consulting for businesses, discussed the types of risks that small and medium-sized businesses, particularly startups, face frequently, as well as the mitiation strategies for addressing such risks as financial risks, legal risks, and HR risks….
MBA students had the opportunity to discuss with the expert in this field face-to-face and gained valuable insights for their current and future careers as team leaders, functional managers, and business owners.
