On April 18 and 19, 2017, the Faculty of Business Administration and the Office of the Office of Business Administration Program organized a field trip for students of the Intake 54 Advanced Program on Business Administration – a content in the subject Organizational Behavior of the Advanced Program. The students visited Lotte Coralis Vietnam company at Lotte Center Hanoi building under the guidance of Dr. Noel Jones – lecturer of the Center for Business Administration.
The visit went well under the welcome and guidance of Ms. Pham Dieu Linh- Head of Training Department- Human Resources Department of Lotte Coralis Company. The students were introduced to Lotte Group: history of formation, business position, core values, human resource policy… and introduced about Lotte Vietnam. After that, you can visit the offices of Coralis, Lotte Mart, Lotte Department Store and especially visit the 65th floor of the building, where the observation deck is located. This is the first Sky Walk built in Southeast Asia.
The students had very interesting practical knowledge here. Also during this visit, Faculty of Business Administration – Foreign Trade University had a small gift instead of thanking the Board of Directors and human resources department of Coralis company. Mr. Noel Jones handed over to Lotte Vietnam General Director Woon Jae Baek and Project Manager Sang Yeol Bae.
