On September 18th, Orientation Day 2026 for incoming students of Cohort K65, Faculty of Business Administration, Foreign Trade University – College of Business, took place successfully amid a vibrant and spirited atmosphere, officially opening an entirely new journey of discovery within the university environment for the incoming students.
Opening the program, Dr. Nguyen Thuy Anh – Vice President of the College of Business delivered an insightful presentation introducing the College of Business alongside the core values the institution continues to pursue. Following this, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Thu Hien – Head of the Faculty of Business Administration provided a detailed introduction to the Faculty’s training programs and its experienced faculty members, while extending heartfelt and earnest words of guidance to the entire incoming cohort of K65 students in the Faculty of Business Administration.
Through a series of networking, sharing, and connection-building activities, together with an awards ceremony honoring outstanding students at the College of Business level, Orientation Day 2026 provided incoming students with valuable information about their new learning environment, while creating a meaningful opportunity for them to become acquainted with faculty members, peers, and fellow companions on the academic journey ahead. In addition, practical insights into effective study methods, together with candid discussions addressing concerns surrounding FOMO, hustle culture, and future career opportunities shared by the two guest speakers, helped ease many of the initial anxieties commonly experienced by incoming students entering university life.
The Organizing Committee hopes that the valuable experiences gained through this program will serve as a solid foundation, empowering incoming students with greater confidence, initiative, and readiness to embrace new opportunities at the College of Business.
The Organizing Committee wishes to extend its sincere gratitude to the faculty members; the three distinguished corporate guests, namely Ms. Pham Thuy Loan from FPT IS, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh – Training and Recruitment Manager at Capella Hanoi, and Ms. Pham Thi Thanh from Canifa Joint Stock Company; the two guest speakers, Mr. Vi Thanh Tuan and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong – alumni of the Faculty of Business Administration; as well as guest performing artist SIXTYUPTOWN and the entire cohort of incoming students, whose participation and support together contributed to making Orientation Day 2026 a successful and memorable event.
The Organizing Committee also wishes to extend its heartfelt appreciation to the event’s sponsor, Nam Dinh Vu Port Joint Stock Company, for its generous support in providing milk and pastries, which helped energize the distinguished guests, faculty members, and the entire student body of the Faculty of Business Administration throughout the event.
